Say Farewell To Falls Awareness Day

Join us for a “Say Farewell To Falls Awareness” educational event! Come learn from our physicians and other medical colleagues on what you can do to prevent a fall before it happens! Speakers from trauma, pharmacy, primary care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and injury prevention will provide mini workshops to educate you on easy things you can do to reduce your fall risk. Exhibitors will also be available with educational materials. The hospital cafeteria is open to help curb your hunger as you enjoy all of the programs and exhibitors throughout the day. We will be offering free, on-site fall risk assessments & raffles will be announced throughout the day! The event is free, but you need to reserve your spot!
